What is Calluna?

Calluna is the botanical name for the plant Heather. David and Marla Jeffrey intended to name the property in honor of a family friend, a young girl named Heather who, along with her sisters, is missed by many. When the Jeffrey family came across this plant on a trip to the Sonoma Coast, the name resonated and their hilltop vineyard would be called Calluna.
